About Me:

I bring creativity, performance, and an understanding of human communication to work that helps people present themselves with greater confidence, clarity, and presence.

My background spans acting, directing, theater production, and education. Through years of working both onstage and behind the scenes, I have developed a practical understanding of how people communicate, inhabit roles, connect with an audience, and bring their best selves to an experience. My work as an educator has further shaped my ability to guide people through new challenges, offer constructive feedback, and create environments where experimentation and growth are possible.

I hold an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Management, with a concentration in Creativity and Innovation as well as an M.A. in English and a B.S. in Psychology. Across these disciplines, my interests converge around creativity, communication, performance, and the ways people express themselves in different settings.

I am interested in applying this combination of experience in collaborative, people-centered work that makes meaningful use of creative practice and performance, helping individuals and groups communicate, connect, and show up as themselves.

Workshop Experiences:

My workshops use performance, creative exploration, improvisation, and reflection to invite people to experiment, express themselves, and connect with others. Depending on the setting, the work can be playful, challenging, reflective, or a combination of all three.
